Native Instruments turn out some of the most advanced and technically impressive hard and soft ware in the music production and live performance spheres. When this is the rep your company is built upon, it’s important to give everyone involved the tools they need to get the most out of their gear. For a number of years, Native Instruments’ Native Sessions have provided a in-depth look at how to use their three principal softwares: KOMPLETE, TRAKTOR, and MASCHINE. The Sessions take place in the world’s four music capitals of Berlin, London, LA, and Tokyo, and this Thursday 20th August, they’ll be going in on new audio format Stems.
Leading the workshop will be TRAKTOR product specialist Owain Wilson and DJ/Producer Prime Cuts. Once they’ve lifted the lid on everything Stems, there will be a panel discussion featuring a range of figures from London’s music industry, including George Ankrett from Toolroom Records, Ross Allen, and Kevin Grainger from Wired Masters. There will also be Stems-based live performances from Prime Cuts and drum and bass producer Riya following the presentations, along with an opportunity to test drive Stems with other NI users and experts.
