Following an unforgettable sell out year last summer, GALA festival returns this Bank holiday Sunday, 27th May, for the third incarnation of its annual knees up. Jumping a few postcodes, but still staying close to its South London roots, the festival announces its move to neighbouring Peckham Rye Park.
Set amongst Peckham Rye, the festival will be presenting a carefully curated line-up comprising some of the biggest names in disco, house and good-time party music. Pitching innovators of the scene alongside some of the freshest DJ talent on the circuit, GALA also returns with some of South London’s most beloved independent food and drinks operators.
The festival has announced the first two-stage hosts as Horse Meat Disco and Rhythm Section. Having hosted GALA’s Dome stage in 2017, Vauxhall’s wildest Sunday night party crew, Horse Meat Disco return, with a stellar line-up featuring some of the biggest names in forward-thinking house and disco. Next up is Bradley Zero’s Rhythm Section, bringing the “no music policy” policy of its regular Peckham parties to the park.
Keep an eye out, as the full line-ups for both stages, and beyond, will be announced in February, here
